Visited Ben recently about a nagging pain below my shoulder blade. He examined my back and was able to diagnose the problem very quickly. He then proceeded to massage the back before carrying out a procedure to realign the area of the spine which was the principal cause of the problem. I felt immediate relief from the pain and Ben also recommended some exercises for me to carry out at home in order to try to prevent a reoccurrence of the problem. Dr Ben has been fantastic in helping me through some very challenging issues with my neck and dizziness, headaches and nausea that has come with the issues. Ben has been friendly, professional and empathetic. The treatment, exercises and information he has provided me with have proved invaluable. Having never used a chiropractor before until visiting New Leaf Clinic, I can honestly say that I will be visiting regularly to keep my arthritis condition and general health in check. I have total trust in Ben to solve my back and posture issues and his explanations, support and guidance is delivered in a way to ensure i understand and provides help to allow me to control my situation. Ben has been massive help to my health. Goes beyond a treatment experience and has given me great advice on stretching, exercises and nutrition. Explains all the adjustments in detail and educates you on the causes and functions of the joints and muscle groups. Both my husband and myself have been with Ben from the beginning of his career as a chiropractor. First class service that has helped me to continue with my busy activities including golf, bowls, walking, cycling and gardening. I try to make sure I attend a 6 weekly maintenance appointment.
